The majority of our digitizing is done in house. The ability to digitize artwork allows us to make changes to embroidery designs on the fly. Unlike most screen printing and embroidery shops which outsource their digitizing, which typically delays production by several days, we keep the process internal which lowers turn around times and production delays.

We performs regular maintenance on our machines, including routine cleaning and lubrication to keep them operating at peak performance. We also conduct weekly thread tension tests to ensure our embroidery remains clean and precise.

PUFF EMBROIDERY

PATCHES
Embroidered patches are an incredibly versatile and eye-catching decoration option. Unlike direct embroidery, which stitches the design directly onto the garment, patches are created separately and then applied to the item. This allows for more flexibility in placement and design complexity.
Whether you’re creating branded apparel, custom gifts, or collectible items, embroidered patches are a bold way to make a statement.
What Determines Embroidery Cost?
1. Stitch Count
The complexity of your design directly affects the price. More intricate logos require a higher stitch count, which means more machine time and thread, resulting in a higher cost. In short: more stitches = more cost.
2. Number of Garments
Embroidery involves setup and preparation time, so the number of items you order plays a big role in pricing. Larger orders help spread out that setup cost, making it more efficient. We recommend ordering at least 12 items for the best value.
3. Special Requests
Any specialty embroidery like puff embroidery, specialty threads such as chrome or gold thread, and risk of spoilage can add to the overall cost. These techniques often require additional materials or setup time, typically adding a few extra dollars per item depending on the request.
