Custom Embroidery in Mesquite, Texas

Embroidery uses needle and thread to decorate garments with lasting texture, color, and dimension. It is an excellent choice for corporate logos, monograms, names, uniforms, caps, jackets, bags, and premium branded apparel.

Our embroidery work is produced in-house, allowing our team to control quality, make informed adjustments, and keep projects moving without unnecessary outsourcing delays.

Why Mesquite Print House leads with embroidery.

Clean embroidery is not just about owning the right equipment. It depends on strong digitizing, proper stabilizer, thread tension, garment knowledge, routine maintenance, and a team willing to keep learning.

01

Quality First

Every order is reviewed throughout production so damaged, poorly stitched, or substandard products do not make it into a finished customer order.

02

In-House Digitizing

Most embroidery artwork is digitized internally, allowing us to adjust stitch paths, density, underlay, and details without waiting days for an outside vendor.

03

Machine Care

Routine cleaning, lubrication, preventive maintenance, and regular thread-tension testing help keep production consistent and precise.

04

Always Evolving

Our embroidery department continues to refine its process, equipment knowledge, supplies, and production standards as the industry changes.

05

Willingness to Learn

For difficult projects, we consult experienced industry professionals and suppliers so we can make informed recommendations instead of guessing.

Choose the finish that fits the project.

Our team evaluates the garment, artwork, placement, stitch count, quantity, and desired look before recommending the right embroidery method.

Detailed direct embroidery on a cap

01

Direct Embroidery

Direct embroidery is our most popular decoration method for polos, hats, backpacks, jackets, uniforms, and professional apparel. Your design is stitched directly into the garment for a clean, durable finish that will not peel like an applied print.

It is especially effective for company logos, school marks, names, monograms, and artwork that benefits from dimensional thread.

Raised 3D puff embroidery on a cap

02

Puff Embroidery

Puff embroidery places specialty foam beneath the top stitching to create a raised, three-dimensional effect. The result is bold, tactile, and especially effective on structured caps and simple lettering or logo elements.

Because puff requires specific artwork construction and stitch planning, our team reviews each design before confirming it is suitable for this technique.

Embroidered patch applied to a cap

03

Embroidered Patches

Patches are produced separately and then applied to the final item. This opens up additional placement options and can make complex branding easier to use across hats, jackets, bags, uniforms, and collectible merchandise.

They are a versatile choice for branded apparel, custom gifts, recognition pieces, and designs that need a distinct finished edge.

What determines embroidery cost?

  1. 1

    Stitch Count

Complex designs require more stitches, more thread, and more machine time. Detailed artwork, large logos, and dense fills generally cost more than simple lettering or smaller marks.

  2. 2

    Number of Garments

Every design requires preparation, setup, hooping, and machine loading. Larger quantities distribute that setup time across more pieces and usually provide a better per-item value. We generally recommend at least 12 items when possible.

  3. 3

    Special Requests

Puff embroidery, specialty threads, unusual placements, difficult materials, and projects with a higher spoilage risk may require extra setup, supplies, and production time.
