Direct Embroidery
Direct embroidery is our most popular decoration method for polos, hats, backpacks, jackets, uniforms, and professional apparel. Your design is stitched directly into the garment for a clean, durable finish that will not peel like an applied print.
It is especially effective for company logos, school marks, names, monograms, and artwork that benefits from dimensional thread.

Puff Embroidery
Puff embroidery places specialty foam beneath the top stitching to create a raised, three-dimensional effect. The result is bold, tactile, and especially effective on structured caps and simple lettering or logo elements.
Because puff requires specific artwork construction and stitch planning, our team reviews each design before confirming it is suitable for this technique.

Stitch Count
Complex designs require more stitches, more thread, and more machine time. Detailed artwork, large logos, and dense fills generally cost more than simple lettering or smaller marks.

Number of Garments
Every design requires preparation, setup, hooping, and machine loading. Larger quantities distribute that setup time across more pieces and usually provide a better per-item value. We generally recommend at least 12 items when possible.

Special Requests
Puff embroidery, specialty threads, unusual placements, difficult materials, and projects with a higher spoilage risk may require extra setup, supplies, and production time.
