Modern heat-applied graphics have come a long way. Today’s Direct-to-Film transfers can produce detailed, full-color artwork with a soft feel and strong durability on many T-shirts, performance fabrics, fleece pieces, jackets, and specialty garments.
Heat pressing is also an excellent option for smaller quantities, individual names and numbers, patch applications, and projects where traditional screen printing is not the most practical production method.

Direct-to-Film Transfers
DTF transfers are a durable and economical way to apply low-quantity, full-color graphics to many popular garments. The process is particularly useful when artwork contains numerous colors, fine detail, or gradients that would make a short screen-printing run expensive.
We evaluate the fabric, placement, image size, and expected use before confirming that DTF is the right fit.

Heat-Applied Patches
Custom patches give hats, jackets, bags, uniforms, and branded merchandise a distinctive finished look. They can provide dimensional texture, a defined border, and a recognizable premium presentation.
Patch pricing is strongly affected by quantity. Our typical patch order begins at 20 pieces, with stronger price breaks as quantities increase.

Names and numbers remain one of the most common heat-press applications for team jerseys, spirit wear, staff apparel, and event garments.
