Print styles
Different designs need different approaches. We evaluate the number of colors, garment color, artwork detail, quantity, and desired finished appearance before production.
Individual layers of solid ink create bold, vibrant designs with sharp edges. Spot color is ideal for logos, lettering, and artwork with a defined number of colors.
Intentional texture gives new apparel a worn-in, vintage character. The distress is built into the artwork while preserving the clarity needed for a clean print.
Halftones of carefully selected spot colors recreate detailed, full-color imagery. Strong separations and precise registration produce depth, gradients, and photo-like detail.
Print locations & sizing
Use this guide as a quick reference for common print locations and the maximum print area for each class. Artwork can be smaller or shaped differently as long as it fits within the printable area.
Planning your project
Screen preparation and press setup are required whether an order contains 10 shirts or 1,000. Larger quantities spread those setup costs across more pieces and usually lower the price per item.
Each ink color generally requires a separate screen. Fronts, backs, sleeves, and other locations also require their own setup and production time.
Blank garment prices vary by brand, fabric, construction, and style. Light ink on a dark garment typically requires a white underbase and additional production steps.
Screen printing production time
7–10
business days
That does not mean we cannot print your job sooner. When our schedule and materials allow, we will. Challenging artwork, specialty garments, or hard-to-source products may require additional time.
Tell us your required date at the beginning of the quote process so we can evaluate the schedule before the order is approved.
