OUR PRINTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is a popular method for printing images on various mediums, including apparel, canvas, and paper. Often referred to as “silk screen printing”, it’s a technique that has been around for hundreds of years and honestly hasn’t changed much.

If you’re looking for a screen printing service near you, there are many options to choose from, but none that will offer you the level of attention and responsiveness that Mesquite Print House can. As one of the best screen printing services in DFW Area, we pride ourselves on our customer service and ability to treat each job individually, making sure to get the best result possible the first time around.

T-Shirt Printing Example

T-SHIRT PRINTING

T-shirts are the most common item we print on.

Everyone has a t-shirt idea at some point and we live to bring that idea to life. You can provide us with shirts of your own to print on or ask us about our different distributors from which we can order countless color and fabric options.

Whether you need 10 or 1000+, Mesquite Print House is here to help.

Fleece Example

HOODIE / FLEECE PRINTING

Much like t-shirts, sweatshirts come in various styles, fabrics and colors but can be limiting as to what we can print and where due to seams, pockets and zippers.

Crewneck pullover sweatshirts provide the most versatile option for printing in this category but we can print on a variety of fleece styles.

Many of your favorite brands have fleece options like Gildan, Bella Canvas and Comfort Colors. Some additional brands we like are Independent Trading Company, Champion and Los Angeles Apparel. We are able to source a variety of apparel and help you find the item that best fits your or your customer’s needs.

Tote Example

TOTE / BACKPACK PRINTING

Screen printed tote bags and drawstring backpacks make perfect giveaway items—they’re practical, reusable, and offer great visibility for your brand. Whether for events, schools, or businesses, they’re a smart marketing choice.

Mesquite Print House leads the way with high-quality prints, fast turnaround times, and personalized service. Our attention to detail and durable products ensure your brand stands out every time someone carries your custom bag.

Spot Color Example

SPOT COLOR PRINTING

Spot Color screen printing uses individual layers of solid colors to create bold, vibrant designs with sharp detail. It’s perfect for logos, text, and artwork with limited colors.

Mesquite Print House excels at this process, delivering crisp, consistent prints on every item. With expert color matching, precision setup, and top-tier equipment, they ensure your designs pop and stay true to your brand, every single time.

Distressed Example

DISTRESSED PRINTING

Distress screen printing creates a vintage, worn-in look by intentionally breaking up the design for a faded, textured effect. It’s ideal for retro styles or giving new apparel an authentic, lived-in vibe.

Mesquite Print House masters this technique with expert control over ink application and screen design. Their attention to detail ensures every print has the perfect balance of texture and clarity, making your garments stylish and unique.

Sim Process Example

SIMULATED PROCESS PRINT

Simulated process screen printing uses halftones of spot colors to recreate full-color, photo-realistic images that are ideal for complex, detailed artwork. Unlike spot color printing, which uses solid colors, simulated process blends tones for smooth gradients and lifelike effects.

Mesquite Print House excels at this advanced technique, using top-quality screens, expert separations, and precise registration to deliver vibrant, high-detail prints that truly stand out on any garment.

Mikey calculating cost

What Determines Screen Printing Cost?

1. Order Quantity
Setup is costly: Preparing screens and press setup work the same whether you print 10 or 1,000 shirts, so smaller orders bear a higher per-unit cost. Larger orders spread this expense out, greatly reducing per-print cost.

2. Design Complexity (Colors & Locations)
Number of colors: Every color in the design needs a separate screen and alignment, increasing time and material costs.

Number of print locations: Printing on the front, back, sleeves, or elsewhere adds separate setups and labor for each location.

3. Garment Type & Color
Base cost: Blank garment price varies—basic cotton T‑shirts cost less, while hoodies, jackets, or performance fabrics cost more.

Color effects: Printing light colors on dark garments requires an under-base (usually white), meaning additional ink passes and setup effort.
